GRK APRICITY is a collaborative architectural practice bringing together the sculptural and material sensibility of GRK with Apricity’s expertise in urbanism, strategic planning, and the public realm. Working across architecture, interiors, and urban design, the practice approaches each project through the relationship between form, context, infrastructure, and human experience.
Drawing from experience across North America and Europe, GRK APRICITY engages a wide range of scales and typologies, from private residences and interior spaces to residential and hospitality buildings, cultural and public projects, mixed-use developments, and strategic masterplans. The practice combines a strong architectural focus on form, spatial depth, and material expression with a broader urban vision shaped by public space, movement, and human experience.

Founding Principal
Olivera Grk is the founding principal of GRK and an architect with twenty years of professional experience spanning residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale urban projects across the United States and internationally.
Prior to establishing GRK, Olivera was a Principal at ODA, where she led the design and development of projects totaling more than twenty-five million square feet. Her work includes the Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Deer Valley, 420 Kent Avenue in New York, 1045 Olive Street in Los Angeles, and the Edition Hotel and Residences in Fort Lauderdale, as well as the winning international competition proposals for the MAZD Territory masterplan and Badaevskiy in Moscow. Her work at ODA also encompassed a broad portfolio of high-end residential projects throughout New York City. Earlier in her career, Olivera worked at the New York office of OMA, where she collaborated with internationally renowned performance artist Marina Abramović.
Her work reflects an interest in sculptural form, spatial depth, and a refined material palette.
In parallel with professional practice, Olivera has been engaged in architectural education. She has taught at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and has served as a guest critic at Columbia University and Pratt Institute.
Olivera received her Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia GSAPP, where she was awarded the Honor Award for Excellence in Design. She earned her degree in architecture from the University of Belgrade, graduating as valedictorian of her class.
She is a registered architect in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Milutin Folić is the founding principal of Apricity and an architect and urban planner with extensive experience in architectural design, urban planning, and strategic urban development across Europe and internationally.
Since 2008, Milutin has led Folic Architects, a Belgrade-based practice continuing the legacy of two family architectural studios with more than three decades of professional experience. The office has realized over 200 completed and ongoing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
From 2014 to 2019, Milutin served as City Architect and Chief Urban Planner of Belgrade, where he played a central role in shaping the city’s contemporary development framework. During his tenure, he led the preparation and adoption of major strategic planning documents, including the General Urban Plan and the City Development Strategy, focused on pedestrian mobility, public space, sustainable urban growth, and the transformation of former industrial riverfront areas.
His work reflects an interest in the relationship between architecture, infrastructure, public space, and the evolving identity of contemporary cities.
Milutin is also the initiator of the strategic platform “Identity – Mobility – Ecology of the City,” focused on strengthening urban identity, promoting sustainable mobility, and advancing ecological consciousness.
He received his degree in architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade, where he graduated among the top students of his generation.
He is an International Associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
