The project is conceived as an integrated business campus composed of three interconnected buildings: the retained existing structure, a compact corner building linked by an elevated bridge, and a linear office building culminating in a landmark tower. The composition is shaped by a sequence of public spaces, landscaped courtyards, and a future pedestrian promenade, creating a permeable and highly connected urban environment. Shared facilities are strategically positioned within glazed connecting volumes, encouraging interaction, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas across the campus.
Extensive roof gardens and terraces extend the workplace beyond the interior, providing spaces for informal meetings, recreation, and outdoor work. The buildings accommodate a diverse range of work environments—from collaborative workspaces and flexible offices for growing companies to larger corporate headquarters and executive offices within the tower—creating an adaptable workplace designed to support innovation, creativity, and a diverse business community.
