Given that the building volume exceeded that of its neighboring structures, the modern and refined street façade was articulated with brick elements to relate more closely to the proportions and cornice heights of the surrounding buildings. In this way, the architectural heritage of the urban block is both respected and reinterpreted through a contemporary expression.
